Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason and without penalty. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. At Nelvoire you have 30 days in practice to change your mind — see our Return & Refund Policy.

How to cancel

1. Fill in the form below with your order number and the date you received the order.
2. Send it. We confirm receipt of your request by email, stating the date and time it reached us.
3. We then tell you exactly how to return the goods and how the refund works.
