This policy explains what personal data Nelvoire collects, why we collect it and what rights you have. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

The data controller is PK Global Trading Limited, company number 78888125, Unit 903A, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, trading as Nelvoire. Contact: support@nelvoire.com.

What we collect

• Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and details of what you bought.
• Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card only — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Account data: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Marketing data: your email address if you sign up to our newsletter, plus whether you open or click our emails.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the parties needed to run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, our fulfilment partners and carriers, our email platform, and analytics providers. Some of these are outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data: 7 years, as required by tax law. Account data: for as long as your account exists. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Technical data: up to 24 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@nelvoire.com; we respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF — ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site (basket, checkout, security), plus optional analytics and marketing cookies which are only set with your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through your browser settings or the cookie banner.

Children

Our shop is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
