Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made on nelvoire.com from PK Global Trading Limited ("Nelvoire", "we", "us"). Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

PK Global Trading Limited, a private company limited by shares, registration number 78888125, registered office Unit 903A, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Email: support@nelvoire.com.

2. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including material, fit and pattern. Images are for illustration; colours can appear slightly different between screens. Product availability can change without notice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes. Delivery is free on all UK orders. Payment is taken when you confirm your order. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 6 to 12 working days: 2 to 3 working days processing plus 4 to 9 working days transit. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Nelvoire extends this to 30 days as a matter of policy. See Cancel Your Order and our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Returns

Returns are handled as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please always request a return address before sending anything back.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or reuse its content without our written consent.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to PK Global Trading Limited and is protected by intellectual property law.

11. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints

Email support@nelvoire.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 working hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of all mandatory protections available to you under UK consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.

15. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
