As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your parcel in real time.

My tracking number is not working

This is normal in the first few hours: a tracking number can take 24 to 72 hours to be activated by the carrier. If it still shows nothing after 72 hours, get in touch.

I have not received a tracking email

Check your junk and promotions folders first. If you cannot find it, email us at support@nelvoire.com with your order number and we will resend the tracking details.

My order has several items

Your items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number and on different dates. No extra charge is applied.
